Established in 1911, the Journal of The Medical Association of Georgia is published quarterly. The Journal contains various articles on health care issues that affect our physicians, scientific studies, and a Letter from the President of MAG.
The Medical Association of Georgia encourages its physician members to submit your writing on any topic related to medicine for possible publication in our Journal. - Manuscripts are accepted for publication on the condition that they are contributed solely for use in this Journal.
- Manuscripts must be submitted on a 3 1/2" disk compatible with Windows 95, MS-DOS Wordperfect, version 6.0 or in ASCII format. (5.0 and 5.1 versions are also acceptable.)
- Hard copy (double-spaced) and three copies should accompany the disk.
- Do not insert codes in the disk.
- Word counts for Feature articles should run 2,000 to 2,500 words.
- Word counts for Editorial and Commentaries should run 1,500 to 2,000 words
- Word counts for Letters to the Editor should run approximately 500 words.
