Former AMA president to speak at Georgia Chamber’s ‘Rural Prosperity Summit’ 

Former American Medical Association President Patrice Harris, M.D., MA, will be one of the featured speakers at the Georgia Chamber’s ‘Rural Prosperity Summit’ (RPS) – which will take place in Tifton on Wednesday, October 7.

The event will “focus on recovery in a post-COVID economy” and it will “drill down into the issues facing rural Georgia today and what can be done to move our state to a more resilient future.”

The annual event “brings together hundreds of business leaders and elected officials who are passionate about creating vibrant, robust rural communities throughout the state.”
