New ‘Top Docs’ show addresses federal fraud & abuse investigations

The latest edition of the Medical Association of Georgia’s (MAG) ‘Top Docs’ show addresses federal health care fraud and abuse investigations – and it features Scott R. Grubman, who is a partner with the law firm of Chilivas, Cochran, Larkins & Bever LLP in Atlanta.

Grubman represents a wide range of health care professionals who are the subject of a federal government investigation, including False Claims Act litigation and matters related to regulatory compliance. Before he went into private practice, Grubman prosecuted health care fraud for the U.S. Department of Justice. It is also worth noting that Grubman is an adjunct professor at the law schools at Georgia State University and Emory University.

Between downloads and live listeners, ‘Top Docs’ – which won an American Association of Medical Society Executives Profiles of Excellence Award in 2019 – has now reached more than 680,000 listeners and viewers, which includes people in all 50 states and more than 80 countries.
